This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including how our SMS/text messaging program works.

Information we collect

Contact & application info you provide: name, phone number, email, city/state, work availability, and application responses.
Work-related data if you contract with us (e.g., assignment and payment information).
Website/usage data such as pages visited, collected through standard web technologies.

How we use your information

To review applications, recruit, hire, schedule, and communicate with canvassers and applicants.
To operate, staff, and manage our canvassing projects and pay contractors.
To send you text messages you have opted in to receive (see below).

SMS / text messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from The Boyz, LLC related to recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance updates, and operational coordination. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at onboarding@themagaboys.com.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or being engaged for work.

No sharing of SMS opt-in data. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information (your phone number and SMS/text-messaging opt-in and consent) will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our SMS provider Twilio and our application-form provider) and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal/tax obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Sensitive identifiers (such as Social Security/taxpayer numbers and bank details) are collected only on signed forms and are never posted publicly.

Your choices

You may opt out of texts (reply STOP), request access to or deletion of your information, or ask questions by contacting us at onboarding@themagaboys.com.

Children

Our services and hiring are for individuals 18 and older; we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
